Pippa and Friends Investigate: The Mystery of the Missing Teapot

North Wales, 1973: Emma and her trumpet-playing brother Edward live with their delightfully eccentric grandparents, Edith and Ernest, in St David's, while their parents are overseas. They live a quiet life, that is, until eggs are stolen from Farmer Richard's farm and Emma sets out to solve the mystery with her three friends, Lizzy, Laurie and Katie. Oh, and not to forget Emma's beloved poodle Pippa, who often saves the day! Thrilled at the prospect of being detectives, the four friends meet regularly in the branches of an apple tree named Mabel to solve cases. But, when the vicar's turquoise, hexagonal teapot, containing the church's roof repair fund, is stolen from St Mary Magdalene's church, the girls may have bitten off much more than they can chew!
